  • half a small package of rice noodles (125 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 400 g of cleaned gray shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 small grated carrot
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • half a teaspoon of AJI-NO-MOTO®
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of TERRANO® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • leaves from 1 head of iceberg lettuce, torn
