Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomato passata (180 g)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (30 g)
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar (30 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons water (60 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (15 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  • Pinch of onion powder (0.15 g)
  • Pinch of garlic powder (0.15 g)

Modo de preparo

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the tomato passata, honey, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook over medium heat until it starts to boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 12 minutes, or until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Transfer to a glass jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
