Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (30 g)
  • 2 medium onions, sliced (300 g)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
  • 600 g sun-dried beef, cleaned, soaked, cooked, and shredded
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (10 g)

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium skillet, place the butter and heat over medium heat to melt. Add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes, or until it begins to wilt and become transparent. Drizzle with soy sauce and mix.
  2. Add the sun-dried beef and sauté for 3 more minutes, or until well heated and the beef is moist.
  3. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Tips:

  1. To soak the sun-dried beef, leave it in water in the refrigerator for 12 hours, changing the water twice.

  2. In a pressure cooker, place the desalted beef, cover with water, and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes after boiling starts. Turn off the heat and wait for the pressure to drop. Drain and shred the beef while still hot or warm with the help of a fork.
