Ingredients

  • 300 g salmon fillet, skinless, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce (22.5 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (5 g)
  • 4 teaspoons dried shiitake mushroom, grated (2 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the salmon, soy sauce, ginger, and mushroom. Drizzle with olive oil and mix gently.
  2. Serve immediately.

Tip: Salmon tartare is a modern French adaptation of a very traditional dish called steak tartare. Today, the concept of tartare refers to any kind of raw chopped/minced meat prepared with other ingredients.
