Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, separated (150 g)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (395 g)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature (100 g)
  • 5 tablespoons wheat flour (50 g)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100 g)
  • 2 packages shredded dried coconut (200 g)

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium bowl, place the egg yolks previously strained, the egg whites, and beat with a wire whisk (fouet) for half a minute. Add the condensed milk and butter, and mix well. Gradually add the wheat flour, grated cheese, and coconut, stirring until homogeneous.
  2. Line tart molds (6 cm in diameter) with paper cups and distribute the batter. Bake in a medium oven (180 degrees), preheated, for 35 minutes, or until golden. Remove from the oven and serve hot or cold.
