Ingredients

  • 4 and a half cups of all-purpose flour (500 g)
  • 1 egg (50 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of brandy (15 ml)
  • half a teaspoon of salt (2.5 g)
  • half a teaspoon of AJI-NO-MOTO® monosodium glutamate (2 g)
  • 1 cup of cold water (200 ml)

Modo de preparo

  1. In a large bowl, place the flour, make a well in the center, and add the egg, oil, brandy, salt, and AJI-NO-MOTO®. Gradually add the water and knead with your hands until you form a smooth, homogeneous dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  2. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough very thin (approximately 2 mm thick) and cut into rectangles or circles. Add the filling of your choice, fold them in half, and seal the edges with a fork.
  3. Deep-fry them in hot oil for 1 minute on each side, or until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
