With it, you can use up that leftover pasta in the fridge to prepare a creative fried snack. Check out how to make these pasta fritters that will leave everyone’s mouth watering!

Ingredients

  • 1 and a half cups (tea) leftover pasta cooked with sauce
  • 2 tablespoons (soup) wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) chopped green onion
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1 egg
  • half teaspoon salt
  • half teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO®

Modo de preparo

  1. On a cutting board, place the pasta and chop into smaller pieces. Transfer to a large bowl, add the wheat flour, green onion, carrot, egg, salt, and AJI-NO-MOTO®, and mix.
  2. With the help of 2 tablespoons (soup), shape the fritters and deep fry them in oil that is not too hot for 3 minutes, or until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
