Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 400 g of ground beef
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1 small chopped carrot
  • 3 small ripe tomatoes, cut into large cubes (400 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of AJI-NO-MOTO®
  • ½ package of uncooked fusilli pasta (250 g)
  • 3 cups of water (600 ml)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped basil leaves
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over high heat. Add the ground beef and fry for 8 minutes, or until it changes color completely and the liquid has evaporated.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, celery, carrot, and tomato, and sauté for 5 minutes, or until the tomato begins to break down. Add the salt, AJI-NO-MOTO®, pasta, water, bay leaf, and basil, and mix. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes, or until al dente.
  3. Remove from heat, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes. Finish with grated cheese and serve immediately.
