Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (100 ml) water
  • 1 cup (200 ml) coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO®
  • 5 boneless shark steaks, cut into medium cubes (600 g)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Modo de preparo

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the margarine over high heat. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes, or until translucent. Add the flour and mix for 30 seconds, without letting the flour brown.
  2. Add the water gradually and cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds, or until a thick sauce forms. Combine the coconut milk, curry, salt, and AJI-NO-MOTO®, and mix.
  3. Add the fish and cook, covered, for 10 minutes, or until the fish is tender. Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
