Ingredients

  • 1 small boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded (300 g)
  • 1 and a half stalks of celery, chopped
  • half a medium chayote squash, seeded and grated (200 g)
  • 1 small carrot, coarsely grated
  • 1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt (170 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of TERRANO® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 sachet of SAZÓN® Lemon Touch Seasoning
  • 3 pinches of salt

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, celery, chayote squash, carrot, yogurt, TERRANO® Olive Oil, SAZÓN® Seasoning, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
