Jamón with Fruit

A different and tasty appetizer! All you need are apples, sugar, and the delicious Spanish ham, jamón, to prepare this easy recipe.

The secret to the great success of jamón with fruit is our apple purée. Follow the step-by-step instructions and start preparing it now!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped (190 g)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (60 g)
  • 50 g Spanish jamón, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup freeze-dried apple (20 g)

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the apple and sugar, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, or until a purée forms.
  2. Remove from the heat and let cool.
  3. On a serving plate, arrange the apple purée, the jamón slices, and the freeze-dried apple.
  4. Serve immediately.
