Ingredients

  • 400 g ground beef (round or similar cut)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (16 g)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (5 g)
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil (10 ml)
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped (3 g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
  • Pinch of nutmeg (0.02 g)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (15 ml)
  • 4 slices prato cheese, halved (80 g)
  • 8 mini burger buns, halved horizontally (160 g)
  • 2 pickles, thinly sliced (20 g)

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the beef, chia, parsley, olive oil, garlic, salt, and nutmeg. Mix until uniform.
  2. Divide into 8 equal portions and shape into 8 cm mini burgers. Place them on a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. In a medium non-stick skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Cook the burgers in batches for about 3 minutes, or until golden on the bottom. Flip, top with cheese slices, cover, and cook for another 3 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Remove and keep warm.
  4. Assembly: Place the burgers on the bottom halves of the buns, add pickle slices on top, and cover with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.

Tip: You can also serve them with the bread of your choice.
