Ingredients

  • 6 boiled eggs, with the whites and yolks separated
  • ½ cup (100g) of creamy cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of TERRANO® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 sachet of SAZÓN® Vegetable Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 10 slices of bread

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium bowl, place the egg yolk and cream cheese, and mix with a fork until you obtain a smooth cream. Combine the previously chopped egg white, TERRANO® Olive Oil, SAZÓN® Seasoning, and parsley, and stir until all the egg whites are incorporated into the mixture.
  2. Distribute the filling onto half of the bread slices, cover with the remaining bread, and serve immediately.
