Ingredients

    • florets and stems of half a bunch of broccoli, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons parsley leaves and stems, chopped
    • half cup green olives, chopped
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • half teaspoon salt
    • 1 piece pork loin, boneless, cut into 8 steaks, 4 cm thick (1 kg)
    • 2 sachets SAZÓN® Seasoning Rosemary Touch
    • half teaspoon ground black pepper
    • half cup white wine (100 ml)
  • Topping

    • 6 Brazil nuts, chopped
    • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium bowl, place the broccoli, parsley, olives, onion, and half the salt. Mix and set aside.
  2. In a medium baking dish, arrange the pork steaks, sprinkle with SAZÓN® seasoning, the remaining salt, and black pepper, and rub all over the steaks. Drizzle with the wine and spread the broccoli mixture over the meat. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven (180 degrees) for 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile, make the topping: in a small bowl, place the Brazil nuts, flour, and butter, and mix until it forms a crumbly mixture. Set aside.
  4. Remove the foil and sprinkle with the reserved flour mixture. Return to the medium oven (180 degrees) for another 30 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced by half. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
