Crispy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 5 chicken breast fillets (500 g)
  • half teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
  • half teaspoon monosodium glutamate AJI-NO-MOTO® (2 g)
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour (30 g)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten (100 g)
  • 2 day-old French rolls, grated (100 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • half tablespoon oregano (1.5 g)

Modo de preparo

  1. Place the fillets on a cutting board and, using a meat mallet, pound until thin, about 0.5 cm. Season with salt and AJI-NO-MOTO®.
  2. Dredge the fillets in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs previously mixed with olive oil and oregano.
  3. Arrange the fillets on a large greased baking sheet and bake in a medium oven (200 degrees), preheated, for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Tip: if desired, serve with a leafy salad and creamed corn.
