Ingredients

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (395 g)
  • 1 and a half cups of corn juice (300 ml)
  • 120 g of chopped white chocolate
  • 1 and a half tablespoons of unsalted butter (22.5 g)
  • 1 cup of white chocolate shavings for rolling

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium saucepan, place the condensed milk, corn juice, white chocolate, and butter, and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, or until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
  2. Transfer to a butter-greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours before rolling.
  3. With hands lightly greased with butter, roll the brigadeiros and coat them in the white chocolate shavings.
