Ingredients

  • 1 and a half cups (240g) cooked chickpeas
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 4 tablespoons TERRANO® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO®
  • 3 tablespoons ice water
  • 12 small bread rolls, cut in half lengthwise

Modo de preparo

  1. In a blender, combine the chickpeas, tahini, TERRANO® Olive Oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, AJI-NO-MOTO®, and water. Blend on medium speed for 5 minutes, or until a smooth paste forms. Transfer to a medium bowl.
  2. Fill the mini-bread rolls with hummus or serve with your favorite bread, and serve immediately.

Tip:

  1. To obtain 240g of cooked and drained chickpeas, cook 1 cup (160g) of raw chickpeas.
  2. These hummus-filled mini-bread rolls are a good snack option. For convenience, wrap 3 filled mini-bread rolls in a piece of aluminum foil and store in the refrigerator until ready to go out.
