Chicken and Garlic Pâté

This chicken and garlic pâté is the right choice to make everything tasty on any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 and a half cups (tea) leftover cooked chicken, chopped (150 g)
  • half cup (tea) cream cheese (100 g)
  • 3 tablespoons (soup) water
  • 1 whole garlic clove
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • half teaspoon salt
  • half teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO®
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
  • 10 slices toast bread
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) parsley leaves and stems, chopped

Modo de preparo

  1. In a blender jar, place the chicken, cream cheese, water, garlic, black pepper, salt, and AJI-NO-MOTO®, and blend on medium speed for 2 minutes, or until a chunky cream forms.
  2. Transfer to a medium bowl, add the carrot, and mix. Spread over the bread slices and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
