Bifum Salad

A quick, different, and irresistible bifum salad! Get ready to learn this special recipe from Portal Umami.

With angel hair rice noodles, this bifum salad with kani-kama is great for making any meal more interesting and will win over your guests.

Ingredients

  • half package of oriental rice noodles, angel hair type, cooked “al dente” (100 g)
  • 6 units of shredded kani-kama (100 g)
  • 2 medium Japanese cucumbers, cut into thin strips (350 g)
  • 1 sachet of bonito fish-based seasoning HONDASHI® (10 g)
  • 3 tablespoons (soup) olive oil (45 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons (soup) white wine vinegar (30 ml)

Modo de preparo

  1. In a large bowl, place the noodles, kani-kama, cucumber, bonito fish-based seasoning, olive oil, and vinegar, and mix.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.

Tip: rice noodles have a whitish color and are usually found in the oriental products section.
