Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine (30 g)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (150 g)
  • 500 g beef (coxão-duro cut) sliced into strips
  • half teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
  • half teaspoon monosodium glutamate AJI-NO-MOTO® (2 g)
  • 200 g button mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Add the mushrooms and water, and cook over high heat, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
