Ingredients

  • 500 g ground chicken breast
  • 3 slices whole wheat bread, crumbled (60 g)
  • half small onion, grated (50 g)
  • 3 garlic cloves, pressed (9 g)
  • half teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
  • half teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO® monosodium glutamate (2 g)
  • 2 pinches black pepper (0.4 g)
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs (100 g)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (110 g)

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium bowl, place the chicken and add the bread, onion, garlic, salt, AJI-NO-MOTO®, and pepper. Mix until uniform.
  2. Divide into 16 portions and, with lightly greased hands, shape small balls and flatten them slightly, forming mini burgers.
  3. Dip the patties in the beaten eggs, then in the flour. Place them on a large greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated medium oven (200°C / 400°F) for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, or until golden.
