Avocado Spread with Cream Cheese

How about spicing up your daily menu with a creamy and flavorful avocado spread? This recipe with cream cheese is practical and has everything to become your favorite.

A quick, light, and very easy recipe to prepare, perfect for transforming a snack into a special moment. Try this different and irresistible spread!

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado pulp, mashed (800 g)
  • 1 small ripe tomato, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO®
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 small package of light cream cheese (150 g)
  • ½ tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon TERRANO® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Modo de preparo

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, tomato, salt, AJI-NO-MOTO®, and lemon juice, and mix. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon zest, and TERRANO® Olive Oil, and mix with a fork until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. On a serving plate, arrange the avocado cream and top with the seasoned cream cheese, without covering the entire avocado mixture.
  4. Finish with salsa and serve immediately as a pâté or as a filling for soft breads.

Tip: 1 large ripe avocado weighing 800g will have approximately 670g of pulp.
